终于在我‘威逼’下决定了我们的大日子。


注册日期：25/09/2010
注册地点：Maha Vihara Buddhist, Brickfields.


Procedure:
STEP 1: Application
Document:
1. Original and 1 photocopy of Identity Card (I.C.)
2. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
3. One passport-size colored photographs each
4. Photocopy of 2 witnesses’ I.C.
At least one of the applicants must be a Buddhist



7/8/2010-Maha Vihara Buddhist
到Maha Vihara拿表格。Mr Lee一看到我们就知道我们要登记注册。
一切资料交给他，他会帮我们填写。


费用：
RM 99.00-注册
RM   1.00-Donation
RM 20.00-男女证书

STEP 2: Statutory Declaration

After filling the application form, the couple shall make a Statutory Declaration with any of Commissioner for Oaths.

因为需要平日去盖印，所以未免麻烦，就交给Mr Lee帮我们。
几天后，Mr Lee就拨电说好了。


费用：
RM 10.00-Labour Charge

Step 3: JPN VerificationThe couple are required attend in person to submit all completed application form to Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara (JPN) for verification before the Registration of Marriage could be carried out

15/8/2010-Maju Junction

到达门口，Bebe竟然说找不到钱包。没钱包就没有ic啦。

平时都没试过没带钱包出街，在这么重要的时刻才不带。

我问他 ‘你是不是不要跟我注册啊？这借口很烂哦!’

他说‘这样都被你发现啦。。我进去问问看要不要ic啦。。’
他进去问了，没ic是不能的。
最后，回家一趟拿钱包，就顺利的chop印了。

费用：

RM  20.00

Step 4: Submission
Registration date shall be fixed at least 7 days after the date of submission but must not exceeding 3 months subject to date available

15/8/2010-Maha Vihara Buddhist

顺利的chop印后，再回到maha vihara，3个星期没人反对，我们就25/09/2010可以注册了。

不会有人反对吧~~~

Step 5: Registration of MarriageThe couple and the 2 witnesses must be present and bring along the following documents:-
1. The couple’s original Identity Cards.2. The couple’s original Birth Certificates.
3. Two witnesses original Identity Cards
